Returns

We value you our customer and we are committed to serving you to the best of our abilities. If you have concerns with your purchase kindly contact our support team and we shall handle your concerns.

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy

·       If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery, please let us know within 24 hours if it was damaged in transit. We will assess the situation and do what's right for our customers. 

·       Timing: we also extend a 7-day return and exchange policy should you not be satisfied.

·       To be eligible for a return or an exchange, goods must be in the original box, unused and or unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

·       For returns, please email slifeglam@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

·       We'll provide you with instructions on where to send the returned package. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage when sending in returns to avoid a "lost package" situation. Please note we cannot issue any refund if we do not receive the products in a reasonable amount of time.

·       Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.

·       When the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.

·       If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original card or the original payment method within 3-5 business days (bank dependent).

 

If you tried on the wigs in store, and decided to return the wig(if you have never worn it), $50 of service and restock fee will be charged. Please note unused products can only be exchanged 1 time as a courtesy. 

None Refundable items
1.   Swimwear, underwear, and lingerie cannot be returned 
2.  Any Used products, Used/worn Wigs, Used Hair Toupees, Custom hair products.

3.  Seasonal costumes
4.  Sale or Clearance items
5.  Opened cosmetics like wig glue or wig glue remover 
6.  Gift Cards- Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded.

7. Try-on Appointment Fees- Try-on appointment fees are not refundable 

8. Any accessories. 

However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect within 24 hours of receiving the items, you can email slifeglam@gmail.com


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the products. if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If your return was approved and you have shipped us the products with return info. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
